The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to the main township and within walking distance to the center of Hastings. It was also conveniently located next to shops, making it easy to find everything we needed. the staff were friendly and helpful, offering recommendations on local vineyards to visit. the room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a nice kitchenette. the bathroom was clean and comfortable. it was a convenient and comfortable stay.

The wifi was unreliable and slow, which was a bit frustrating.

The room was nice and the bed was comfy for a romantic escape. The spa bath was relaxing and a nice touch for a romantic getaway.- The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities.

The spa pump was dirty and had some black substance coming out, which was unhygienic and unpleasant.

Comfy beds and clean sheets, plus a great location close to restaurants and shops.

The room was overpriced for what it offered and the bathroom was outdated and in need of renovation. the staff seemed disinterested and unengaged in providing a positive experience for their guests.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they even showed me to my room. The room itself was clean and tidy, and had everything I needed. I loved the fact that there were 6 mugs instead of just 2, so I could offer drinks to my friends. The amenities, like the ironing facilities and air conditioning, were top-notch. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly enjoyable.
